WILSERV MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE (formerly Worldwide Service Provider
Cooperative) has put the very definition of cooperation as its base in establishing its business model. Both the management and the fielded personnel are members of the cooperative and both benefit from the cooperative as well as the company of their assignment. This allows WilServ to offer quality service at the least cost possible to its clients and ensures a stable and multiple income streams for its members.
Having the majority of its founders with a solid track record in property management and related services, WilServ offers an expanded version of the same services with a unique approach.
BRIEF HISTORY
WILSERV MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE was organized on December 8, 2010 with 15 founding cooperators. Its pioneer members and cooperators were formerly executives, managers and department heads of PROSPECT, Inc. as have been most of its Associate members. WilServ carries forward this basic business thrust and now actively extends its services to big companies and small property owners all over the Philippines.
SERVICES OFFERED
1. Full Property Management
Comprehensive or partial property management dealing with managerial, administrative, supervisory, maintenance, and the like on different types of properties (be it horizontal, vertical, floors, offices, perimeter, and others)
2. Facilities Management
Provides Maintenance and Technical Services of the optimum standards possible in ensuring the general upkeep of all facilities including the general surroundings.
3. Janitorial and Other Related Manpower Services
Comprehensive janitorial and housekeeping services for all types of developments.
4. Agricultural and Industrial Services
Outsourcing of Agricultural activities such as planting, harvesting, sales, plant operations, and processing of different products particularly rice, corn, coconut, and sugarcane.
