I. 市場分析及策略支持：
1. 為企業提供目標國家/地區的市場洞察，包括行業趨勢、法律法規、文化差異、競爭格局及消費者行為分析。
2. 根據企業的商業模式，輸出本地化的進入策略建議（如渠道選擇、合規程序、品牌定位等）。
風險評估及解決方案：
3. 確定企業在全球擴展過程中可能面臨的潛在風險（如政策、稅收、供應鏈等），並提供避免或應對的解決方案。
實踐經驗輸出：
根據自身的海外擴展經驗，整理企業的關鍵流程節點（如海外公司註冊、當地團隊建設、跨境財務及稅務合規等）。
分享行業基準案例和失敗的教訓，協助企業制定實施計畫。
