Core Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategy and Execution: Develop a targeted PR roadmap by aligning the characteristics of the Korean Crypto market (high user engagement, policy sensitivity, etc.) with the brand strategy. The roadmap should cover modules such as media communication, event marketing, and reputation building. Drive the full process of execution and review.
2. Media Relationship Management: Establish and maintain a resource pool of over 300 core media outlets in Korea, including those in finance, technology, and vertical blockchain fields. Conduct regular media communications to secure high-quality earned media exposure.
3. Content Creation and Oversight: Lead the creation of PR content, including press releases, media releases, technical interpretations, and policy interpretations. Ensure the content aligns with the local context and brand tone, and review the professionalism and consistency of externally collaborated content.
4. KOL and Community Collaboration: Develop and manage KOL resources in the Korean Crypto sector (on platforms like YouTube and Twitter). Design collaboration projects and sponsored content. Partner with local communities to launch PR activities, enhancing user stickiness and brand recognition.
5. Event and Crisis Management: Plan and execute offline PR events, such as industry summits, media salons, and community meetups. Establish a crisis early warning and response mechanism to quickly address media inquiries and negative public opinion, reducing brand risks.
6. Market and Data Tracking: Continuously monitor the dynamics of the Korean Crypto market, regulatory policies (e.g., spot ETFs, stablecoin-related policies), and competitors’ PR initiatives. Regularly issue analysis reports. Track PR campaign data (exposure, positive coverage rate, public opinion trends, etc.) to drive strategy optimization with data.
