- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist customers with product information and order processing.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Document interactions in the company’s CRM system accurately.
- Assist customers via phone, address complaints, and provide product information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.
- Account: Banking
- At least 6 months BPO experience
- (International/Voice)

- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: At least 6 months BPO experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
