Persyaratan

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: at least 7 months BPO experience in sales or telco, newbies are welcome!
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong English language skills, excellent customer service, and people skills; proficiency in technical tasks.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage scheduling efficiently.
