Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Keterangan

  • Conducts monthly forecast maintenance
  • Evaluates product demand horizon to align proper stocking and timeline of availability of components and necessary supplies, avoiding under and over stocking
  • Predicts and calculates quantity requirements of raw materials, components, packaging supplies, and the like from the product sales demand volume
  • Coordinates with the Inventory Controller for the physical counts of stocks and update of all necessary systems (eg. Stock Portal, Tencia, etc)
  • Initiates and prepares Purchase Orders of raw materials, components, and supplies for the approval of the President
  • Meet with the President to discuss forecasting and demand plans prior the approval of purchase orders
  • Conducts cost analysis of optimum shipping options in order to deliver the required quantities in the most cost-efficient manner
  • Coordinates to supplier the nonconforming report (NCR) raised by the Quality Department to ensure corrective/preventive actions are taken to prevent recurrence of the same issues in future deliveries 
  • Supports management with risk assessments and mitigation activities to ensure on-time, in-full availability of raw materials, components, packaging supplies, and the like for the production of products
  • Performs data analysis and reporting


Persyaratan

  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience working as an analyst.
  • Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven data analysis skills and experience working with Excel
  • Experience with databases and spreadsheets
  • Solid understanding of Inventory planning
  • Strong communication skills
