Job Objective:

The Financial & Risk Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely consolidation of budget data for management review and approval. The role plays a critical part in financial planning, analysis, and risk management, particularly in the development and maintenance of the project’s risk management system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and consolidate annual budgets and forecasts.
• Generate monthly reports comparing actual financial performance against budget.
• Assist in preparing budget forecasts and financial projections as required by management.
• Review and analyze monthly billings to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
• Assess expenditure proposals to verify alignment with budget and financial strategy.
• Perform financial valuation and various financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning.
• Monitor and update the project’s risk register regularly, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
• Support internal controls and process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and risk control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in corporate finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles, financial statement analysis, and valuation techniques.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
• Open to a project-based employment status.
