Persyaratan

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, may require shifts and weekend availability.
