Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team meetings to ensure alignment with goals
• Set performance metrics and monitor team productivity
• Identify skill gaps and create development plans for team members

Data Analytics & Reporting:

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards using various visualization tools
• Create and standardize reporting templates and KPIs across departments
• Implement data quality control measures and monitoring systems
• Develop and maintain documentation for reporting processes

Strategic Operations:

• Oversee lead generation and skip tracing operations
• Develop and optimize data collection and management strategies
• Implement process improvements and automation initiatives

Data Management & Optimization:

• Establish best practices for data organization and storage
• Oversee the implementation of data validation rules and quality controls
• Lead process automation initiatives using Excel macros and other tools
• Develop standard operating procedures for data handling
• Monitor and optimize team performance metrics

Technical Requirements:

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including Advanced Formulas and Macros)
• Experience with database management systems
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Knowledge of data processing and automation tools
• Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices

Working Hours:

• PH Graveyard Shift (8hrs/day, Monday-Friday US Timezone)

Compensation:

• Training: $4/hr
• Upon Graduation: $5/hr
• Performance Evaluation after 4 months for a Salary Increase
• Weekly Payout

• 3+ years of experience in data management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Proven track record of leading and developing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools and dashboard creation
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in BPO setting preferred

• Candidates must have a dual monitor setup

• Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent)
• RAM: 8 GB or higher
• Storage: 256 GB SSD or higher with minimum 30% free space.
• Internet Connection: Minimum 75 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload speed for smooth communication and data handling. 100mbps+ preferred.
• Headset: Noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear and professional communication.
