Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients, showcasing our products/services and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
  • Address any client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to offer effective solutions to clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role (ideally 3 years of experience).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
