Prepare sales orders, job orders and coordinate deliveries.
Assist in the creation of pull-out and transmittal forms, presentations, proposals, and brochures.
Find reliable local suppliers through cold-calling and emailing.
Process purchase requisitions and coordinate purchase orders and payments to local suppliers.
Support the sales team by scheduling appointments and preparing for meetings.
Update centralized team reports including but not limited to client POs, sales orders, price lists.
Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and filing documents.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
