We’re looking for a Premium Sales Recovery & Upsell Specialist who knows how to turn hesitation into conversion, and interest into loyalty.

The right person thrives in high-pressure environments, adapts their pitch effortlessly to each customer, and uses persuasive communication to close deals. They understand customer behavior, leverage CRM and eCommerce tools, and have a proven track record in both recovery and upselling, consistently boosting order value and retention rates.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Reach out to potential or existing customers who abandoned or declined orders using targeted recovery strategies.
  • Deliver tailored pitches to convert hesitation into completed purchases.
  • Provide detailed product information, address objections, and close sales effectively.
  • Accurately update customer data in the database.
  • Process orders with precision and ensure smooth post-sale interactions.
  • Handle concerns professionally to protect Nooro’s brand reputation.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas while opening doors for future upsell opportunities.
  • Keep detailed records of calls, sales, and customer feedback for performance improvement.


What You Bring:

  • 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales, with a strong focus on recovery strategies.
  • Proven success in upselling—boosting order value and retention through opportunity spotting and objection handling.
  • High close rate in both recovery and hard selling contexts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills in English.
  • Experience using CRM software, telephone systems, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet ambitious sales targets.
  • Quick learner with the ability to clearly present product knowledge.
