The Staff Accountant, reporting to the Director of Finance, will maintain financial records, prepare accurate and timely financial reports, and assist with various accounting tasks. You will play a critical role in ensuring that we build a premiere accounting function, while partnering across the business to ensure our systems and processes are running smoothly. You will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure attention to detail.

• Maintain and update accounting records and files.
• Review general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries
• Perform account analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Provide support with annual Audits
• Standardize and maintain a system of accounting records and techniques.
• Help in Accounts Payable processes
• Perform financial statement analysis
• Investigate and assist with tax notices
• Great attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills

• Professional written and verbal English communication skills
• Clear pronunciation and strong listening comprehension
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
• Native or near-native English fluency
