Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account matters.
Develop strategic plans to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth, identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with sales/marketing teams.
Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and address concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
Gain deep product/service knowledge to effectively communicate their value and benefits to clients.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with sales teams to generate additional business within existing accounts.
Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments as needed.
Track and analyze account performance metrics, providing regular reports to drive strategy and decision-making.
Handle client issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams for resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer support, etc.) to deliver excellent service and solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients and improve services.
Proactively manage client satisfaction and retention by addressing potential issues before they arise.
Perform administrative tasks like maintaining records and managing client correspondence.
Carry out other duties as assigned by management.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in account management or customer service.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work options; may involve travel to meet clients.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
