説明
- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Prepare and manage invoices, assist in billing processes, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Preparing financial reports.
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
要件
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in bank services, attention to detail, handling billing statements, sales invoices, and data entry tasks.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, proactive, organized, and a team player.
