  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Deliver accurate details regarding company products, services, and policies.
  • Support customers with billing concerns, complaints, technical issues, and order requests.
  • Provide effective solutions to customer needs while demonstrating empathy and positivity.
  • Record all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate higher-level support teams.
  • Consistently meet performance targets, including customer satisfaction, response time, and quality standards.
  • Stay informed and updated on company offerings, services, and promotions.
  1. Must be 18 to 54 years old
  2. With or without BPO or any customer service experience are welcome
  3. Willing to work On-Site (willing to relocate is a plus)
  4. With good english communication skills (basic english will do)
