Descrição:

A Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products or services. CSRs serve as the main point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring satisfaction and a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person.
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, and policies.

Problem-Solving:

  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Troubleshoot issues or escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.

Order Processing:

  • Assist customers with placing, modifying, or canceling orders.
  • Process refunds, returns, or exchanges as needed.

Record Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM or database system.

Customer Retention:

  • Build positive relationships to foster customer loyalty.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution satisfaction.

Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to resolve customer concerns

Requisito

Communication Skills:

Technical Proficiency:
