We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Healthcare CSR to support patients and providers by handling inquiries, verifying insurance benefits, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience in healthcare or BPO settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient services, insurance, and provider coordination
• Verify patient eligibility, coverage, and benefits
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed
• Document interactions accurately in CRM or EHR systems
• Relay messages between patients and clinics while maintaining confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company protocols

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate with no experience are acceptable
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare support or customer service for college level applicants
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
