What you'll be doing

1. Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers to resolve their issues
3. Escalating complex queries to the appropriate teams as needed
4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
5. Contributing to continuous process improvements and enhancing the customer experience

What we're looking for

1. No BPO experience required — but it’s a PLUS if you have customer service or call center experience, ideally within the healthcare industry (SEASONAL ACCOUNT)
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries
4. Proficient in English, both verbal and written
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
6. Able to work independently and as part of a team
7. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software
8. With a location/ address, at least 2hrs. away from the Site in Cebu & Quezon City
