Elevate your career by joining our Commercial and Investment Bank team as a Senior Executive Assistant. In this role, you'll foster strong relationships and ensure seamless operations across all levels, managing daily operations and active calendars with precision and professionalism.

Job Summary: As a Senior Executive Assistant within Commercial and Investment Bank, you will manage daily operations and exhibit ownership in handling active calendars of appointments. You will play a key role in fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless operations across all levels of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and exhibit ownership in managing active calendars of appointments.

  • Effectively manage internal activities such as meetings and communications with professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.

  • Communicate with management and resolve conflicts through broad decision-making.

  • Communicate professionally with internal individuals at all levels verbally and through concise emails.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners globally, creating a collaborative environment.

  • Update/edit Excel or PowerPoint presentations as requested.

  • Assist with internal ad hoc projects and ensure time away is managed proactively with secured backup support.

  • Provide backup support for executives, ensuring seamless coverage.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Ability to lead and influence without positional authority.

  • Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to develop strong internal client relationships.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; enthusiastic, self-motivated, calm, and effective under pressure.

  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity.

  • Forward-thinking with confidentiality and strong judgment in all situations.

  • Strong time management and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of executive-level administrative experience in a client-facing role from a multinational firm.
