  • Overseeing the company ledger
  • Organizing accounting documents
  • Entering data into databases
  • Preparing financial statements
  • Processing invoices
  • Supporting other employees throughout any accounting processes

要件

  • BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or any related field
  • Work experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or similar role is a plus
  • Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Support finance day-to-day transactions
  • Provide administrative support
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
  • Preferably resident around Binondo/Manila
