What does the role involve?

The purpose of the role is to provide transparency and support the Finance Business Partner in creating relevant business insights. The role involves identifying opportunities, financial risks and ensuring reliable execution of monthly/quarterly/yearly controlling tasks. The job holder supports the Finance Business Partner (FBP) and/or Head of Controlling in shaping and executing the performance management cycle.

Scope: Seasoned professional who acts as subject matter expert - works on problems of diverse scope, receives little instruction, may lead projects, typically 10+ years of experience.

What you need is:

Degree in Finance and Accounting, or other disciplines from a reputable University / qualified CPA or CFA or CMA is a plus

At least 10 years of progressive career experience in Financial Planning and Analysis/ controlling in multi-national corporations or well-known Philippine based company

Prior experience of working in a matrix environment with cross-functional teams

Excellent written and communication skills, with proven ability to influence Senior Leaders

Excellent analytical skills and high proficiency in financial modelling

Advanced skill in use of SAP and reporting platforms are essential

Agile, can respond quickly to changing needs of the business, with the ability to work under pressure

Self-driven, dynamic, with strong winning and growth mindset for self and others

Leadership skills with strong teamwork spirit and coaching competence

Must be willing to relocate to other countries for future career progression
