Position: Mandarin Pharmaceutical Help Desk

Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000 (High Base Salary + Language Allowances)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid Set-Up | After Training: Once A Week Work On-Site

Account: Inhouse Medicines and Devices

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Answer basic Calls and Email inquiries from Chinese Medical Professionals.
• Answer concerns like Usage instructions, Expiration dates and dosages 
• Guide partners on the proper usage of medicine and devices 
• Provide possible side effects of the medicines 
• Forward issues to higher support if considered escalations 
• Assist Mandarin patients with questions with accurate responses.

• Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who can speak conversational Mandarin.
• Basic to Conversational in the English Language.
• Highly preferred Fresh Graduates and No Experience is Required
• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in any Life Science or Healthcare related Course (i.e. Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, etc.) is preferred.
• Having Customer Service and Technical Support experience is a big advantage, but no experience is welcome to apply as the training is provided for those willing to undergo training.
