Interior Designer (2D/3D)

• Produces conceptual drawings in 2d interior elevations and 3d interior images with creative with thinking and according to budget.
• Produces a complete colored rendering of interior perspective.
• Will do Mock-up Interior-fit – out Perspective drawings in coordination with actual site condition.
• Make actual field measure on site and prepares accurate as-built plans.
• Tracks drawing submittals and deadlines.
• Reports directly to superior with regards to progresses and revisions.
• Coordinates with personnel/s involved with construction.
• Will work with Project Architect for coordination, evaluation, correction and assessments.
• Prepares Interior design complete with plans and colored 3d Perspective - design options for approval.
• Prepares area tabulations.

• Completion of a technical cad training program.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design field preferred.
• Work experience as an interior designer / draftsman / cad operator.
• Sound knowledge of cad software operation.
• Sound knowledge of rendering software.
• Knowledge of interior detailing
• MS Project
• MS Office, particularly MS Excel
• AUTOCAD
• Sketchup
• Enscape
• V-Ray and Lumion
• Documentation skills
• Ability to interpret blueprint, plan, and construction detail plan
• Outstanding creative design skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
