Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the backend design, development, and optimization of the exchange wallet system and OTC fund-related modules;
• Participate in the system development of core funding processes such as asset deposits, withdrawals, transfers, custody, and fund clearing and settlement;
• Develop and maintain asynchronous fund processing mechanisms using message middleware to ensure the reliability and consistency of fund flows;
• Optimize database design and query performance to improve the efficiency of large-volume fund detail and transaction history queries;
• Collaborate with security and risk control teams to enhance fund protection mechanisms such as fund freezing, anomaly detection, and limit controls;
• Participate in system architecture design and technology selection to support high-concurrency, high-reliability, and high-security fund business scenarios;
• Support daily issue troubleshooting and online incident response to ensure the stable operation of the fund system;
• Contribute to business process analysis and continuous optimization to promote compliant, secure, and efficient business development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 5 years of Java backend development experience;
• Strong Java fundamentals, familiar with JVM principles, and proficient in core technologies such as collections, multithreading, locking mechanisms, and concurrency control;
• Proven expertise in multithreaded concurrent programming, with practical development and tuning experience in high-concurrency environments;
• Proficient in MySQL, with experience in complex SQL development, index optimization, SQL tuning, and database sharding;
• Experienced with mainstream message middleware (e.g., Kafka, RocketMQ), understanding message reliability, ordering, and retry mechanisms;
• Prior experience in developing exchange wallet systems (on-chain deposits, on-chain withdrawals, hot/cold wallet management) or OTC fund systems (payment, transfer, custody) is a plus;
• Familiar with common development frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, MyBatis, Spring Cloud), with solid microservices development experience;
• Excellent coding standards and system design skills, with the ability to independently analyze and solve problems, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with on-chain interaction processes for cryptocurrencies (e.g., BTC, ETH deposit and withdrawal workflows);
• Understanding of fund compliance and regulatory requirements, with experience in KYC, AML, and other financial compliance;
• Knowledge of layered hot/cold wallet design, security auditing, and multisignature mechanisms.
