- Assist with property leasing processes and tenant inquiries.
- Manage scheduling and conduct property tours.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and rental agreements.
- Support marketing efforts to promote available units.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out logistics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current tenants.
要件
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in leasing or property management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent English communication skills, effective negotiation abilities, and teamwork orientation.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, occasional weekends or evenings required.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, organized, adaptable, and customer-focused.
