Plan, coordinate, and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials or products.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and vendors.
Track shipments, verify delivery times, and resolve shipping issues or delays.
Prepare and manage documentation such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
Maintain inventory accuracy by ensuring proper recording of goods movement.
Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with local and international transportation regulations.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, sales, and customer service) to align logistics with company goals.
Manage warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to logistics and supply chain operations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Flexibility to travel (if the role involves oversight of multiple locations or international operations).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in software such as MS Office and logistics management tools.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
