職務内容

説明

  • Manage logistics petty cash.
  • Prepare and verify Delivery Receipts before loading.
  • Provide transfer and delivery documents to drivers.
  • Ensure completed Delivery Receipts are returned.
  • Submit logistics documents to the Tagdalit Office.
  • Track and report staff attendance.
  • Monitor Meycauayan-to-Meycauayan item transfers.
  • Prepare and submit OT, attendance, and leave forms to HR.
  • File key logistics documents: ROD, STR, Delivery Receipt (Green Copy), and Pettycash Report.


芁件

  • A college graduate or undergraduate with at least one year of experience in a logistics setting is preferred.
  • Computer literacy is also required. It is preferable to reside in Meycawayan, Bulacan, or near area
