要件
- Educational Qualifications: No formal education required, but relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mechanics.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in electrical systems, wiring, assembly and extrusion processes, and diesel mechanics.
- Working Conditions: Exposure to machinery, potential for noise, and irregular hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem solver, team player, and strong work ethic.
