- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job openings
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates using different sourcing channels
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs
- Maintain accurate records of hiring activities and candidate progress
要件
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings
- Proficiency in using job boards, social media, and recruitment tools
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
