1. Sales Generation & Business Development
- Actively pursue sales projects by targeting:
- Independent modular kitchen fabricators
- Luxury residential and mid-rise developers
- Interior designers, architects, and specifiers
- Appliance and design showrooms
- High-end home renovation clients
- Schedule and conduct showroom presentations, firm and site visits, and client meetings to promote Barazza products.
2. Technical Sales Support
- Guide clients and professionals on product selection based on technical specifications, site requirements, and lifestyle needs.
- Prepare and review technical documents (cutout diagrams, clearances, power/gas/ventilation requirements, etc.)
- Coordinate with kitchen designers, contractors, and installers to ensure compatibility and proper integration
3. Project Specification & Tracking
- Monitor upcoming residential and hospitality projects for early-stage Barazza specification.
- Maintain a database of leads, quotations, and ongoing project specs.
- Follow up on projects to ensure Barazza is retained during purchasing and procurement.
4. Site Coordination & Pre-Delivery Checks
- Conduct site assessments and coordinate delivery, storage, and installation requirements.
- Flag any technical issues before dispatch and ensure installation guidelines are followed.
- Be present at key stages of installation or appliance fit-out to ensure quality and accuracy.
5. Product Demonstrations & Client Orientation
- Organize product demos and handover sessions for homeowners or property managers.
- Educate users on appliance use, care, and safety, especially for cooktops, hoods, ovens, and sinks.
6. After-Sales Support & First-Level Troubleshooting
- Respond to technical questions post-installation and assist in coordinating service or warranty calls when needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships.
7. Marketing Collaboration & Brand Building
- Support the marketing team by:
- Providing project photos, testimonials, or content for social media
- Participating in or hosting live demos, trade fairs, or showroom events
- Proposing strategic partnerships with designers or chefs to build brand equity
- Help develop showroom scripts, demo guides, and sales talking points.
8. CRM, Reporting, and Admin Tasks
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and ongoing sales activity via CRM.
- Submit weekly reports covering sales performance, project updates, and competitor insights.
- Assist in pricing proposals, quotations, and product documentation as needed.
