説明

  • Lead and supervise daily activities of the sales team
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance
  • Set and track sales targets for individual representatives and the team as a whole
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TELCO and broadband products and promotions
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints efficiently and professionally

芁件

  • Education: High school graduate, college level or degree holder (any field)
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales (team lead experience is a plus)
  • Industry Experience: Preferred background in telecommunications, broadband, or similar industries
  • Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
  • Results-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willing to be assigned in CAMANAVA area
  • Proficiency in using basic office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) is an advantage
