We are looking for an experienced SEO Strategy Specialist to oversee and implement SEO best practices aimed at increasing sales leads which will eventually generate revenue for our B2B companies. The ideal candidate will be adept at using SEO tools and staying updated on the latest trends and strategies

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Optimize website content, structure, and on-page elements for improved search engine rankings.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools, providing monthly reports on results and strategy effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal and external content creators to ensure alignment with SEO goals and best practices.
• Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO strategy and implementation, preferably in a B2B environment.

Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).

Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website analytics tools.

Analytical Skills: 

Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform strategy.

Project Management: 

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Soft Skills:

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey strategies and results to stakeholders. 
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, sales, and design.
