説明
- Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly
- Troubleshooting equipment and devices to test their efficiency and safety
- Checking and repairing electrical systems
- Educating the client on how to use and maintain their device
- Implementing preventive measures in facilities to reduce the risks of future problems
- Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them
- Order parts needed for repairs if needed
- Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
- Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers
- Estimating budgets before starting a project
要件
- At least a high school graduate with Master Technician Certification
- At least 2 years of experience as a technician
- Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills
- Working knowledge of the equipment needed for the job
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment, and working in confined spaces
- Ability to work independently without much supervision
- Creative problem solver
- Able to multitask on various projects
- Able to recommend projects, product improvements, or cost reductions
- Understanding of electrical regulations
- Knowledge of property and safety regulations
- Strong mathematical and technical skills
- Strict attention to detail
