• Translate UI/UX designs from Figma into fully functional, pixel-perfect Framer sites.

• Implement advanced interactions, effects, and animations within Framer to create engaging user experiences.

• Ensure all web builds are rigorously optimized for performance, page speed, responsiveness, and SEO.

• Manage project timelines and deliverables, working independently to move from concept to launch.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and client-facing teams to ensure the final product meets all strategic goals.

• Maintain and update existing Framer sites, troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Qualification:

Must-Haves:

• A high-quality, professional portfolio demonstrating live examples of sophisticated websites built in Framer.

• 2+ years of professional web design experience.

• Expert-level proficiency in Framer, including component-building, interactions, and responsive design.

• Strong proficiency in Figma and a proven workflow for translating Figma designs into Framer.

• A strong foundation in web design principles: typography, color theory, layout, and responsive/adaptive design.

• A solid understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals.

• Experience with WordPress development or management.
