Job Responsibilities:

1. Execute channel expansion plans, focusing on acquiring overseas IBs (Introducing Brokers), agents, communities, and online traffic partners.

2. Manage day-to-day channel relationships; monitor agent trading volumes, rebate costs, and retention metrics.

3. Handle negotiations, onboarding, and follow-ups with prospective agents.

4. Assist the marketing team in planning localized campaigns to boost brand exposure and user growth.

5. Provide market feedback and contribute to the development of incentive policies and agent programs.

6. Meet company-assigned business targets, including trading volume, registration numbers, and active user counts.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in agent acquisition, channel management, or business development within the FX, CFD, or cryptocurrency industries is preferred.

2. Familiarity with the South Korean market and existing industry connections are preferred.

3. Strong execution and communication skills; ability to perform under KPI-driven pressure.

4. Basic understanding of financial trading concepts (e.g., leverage, spreads, swaps, trading models).

3. 잠재 에이전트와의 협상, 연결, 온보딩 및 사후 관리를 진행합니다.

4. 마케팅 팀을 지원하여 브랜드 인지도 및 사용자 증가를 위한 현지화 활동을 기획합니다.

5. 시장 피드백을 제공하고 인센티브 정책 및 에이전트 계획 개발에 참여합니다.

6. 거래량, 등록량, 활동량 등 회사에서 지정한 사업 목표를 달성합니다.

자격 요건:

1. 외환/CFD/암호화폐 업계의 에이전시, 채널 또는 사업 개발 경험이 있는 분을 우대합니다.

2. 한국 현지 시장 및 관련 리소스에 대한 이해가 있는 분을 우대합니다.

3. 뛰어난 실행력, 탁월한 커뮤니케이션 능력, KPI 압박 속에서도 업무를 수행할 수 있는 능력을 갖춘 분.

4. 금융 거래에 대한 기본적인 이해 (예: 레버리지, 스프레드, 스왑, 거래 모델).
