This role involves market analysis, monitoring, planning and implementation, business and customer development, market resources accumulation, relationship maintenance with local authority, brand building, risk management etc., in order to support sales of current product, sales strategy of products to be launched as well as business operation of France company.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
5 or more years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferred with significant years of biological drug sales, especially for oncology and autoimmunity drugs.
In-depth deep understanding of sales, marketing, distribution and reimbursement at hospital markets and retail markets in France.
In-depth knowledge of the national and regional health system in France.
Knowledge and relationships with key stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) for the pharmaceutical industry at all levels within the Health Organizations.
Preferred with experience negotiating drugs pricing and reimbursement conditions with health authorities, or with experience in drug launching.
Must be results-oriented and strategic.
Highly motivated, solution-oriented, and a positive attitude.
Excellent teamwork skills through open, authentic communication.
