Descrição:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and present customized logistics solutions to meet clients’ needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Prepare Service Proposal, negotiate rates and agreements with clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • prepares sales revenue target
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Requisito

  • 1 to 2 years experienced as sales or customer services in logistics, freight and supply chain service provider.
  • Understands basic logistics and freight terminologies and process
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
  • Preferably with own service vehicle but not required
  • Knows how to drive and with valid drivers license
  • Willing to travel for training and client visit
