Descrição:

  • Report to the Dim Sum Supervisor
  • Assist in the preparation of menu items for Dim Sum Section
  • Assist in managing discipline, cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area
  • Adhere to hygiene and safety standards
  • Assist in bi-monthly stock take
  • Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures
  • Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requisito

  • At least 1 years of experience in a similar Production Kitchen concept
  • Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards
