Position: Sales & Digital Marketing and Executive Assistant
Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM AES/DT (Sydney) with a 30-minute lunch break
Summary of PositionWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Digital Marketing and Executive Assistant to support our growing operations, sales, and marketing efforts. This role will involve supporting key executives, including the CEO, General Manager, Head of Product Development and Technology, and Chief Revenue Officer (Sales & Marketing function).
This full-time position includes a mix of sales lead management and administration, creative digital marketing tasks, and executive-level administrative support. Responsibilities include meeting and appointment management, lead generation, and qualification. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to create engaging content while managing key administrative responsibilities.
Primary TasksSales & Lead Management:- Follow up and qualify all leads using templates to engage potential clients, identify specific requirements, and set appointments for the CRO.
- Attend sales meetings as required.
- Keep meeting notes and update CRM.
- Follow up on emails and actions post-sales meetings.
Executive Assistance to Leadership Team:- Manage internal communications.
- Manage diary and appointment scheduling.
- Manage emails.
- Create, manage, and draft documentation.
Social Media Management & Marketing:- Work closely with the GM Marketing and CRO.
- Develop marketing assets, including graphics, copy, and final products using Canva.
- Create engaging social media content.
- Refresh and update campaign material regularly.
- Edit promotional videos for social media (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc.).
- Image editing.
- Schedule social media posts.
- Write captions and full social posts.
- Respond to comments and messages on social media.
- Organize and manage all digital assets.
Potential Additional Tasks:- Company content management (branding consistency, company overview, solutions overview, etc.).
Required Qualifications/Experience (Must-Have):- Experience producing engaging content for social media.
- Understanding of AI-powered content creation for sales, marketing, and client engagement, with the ability to validate AI-generated content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner & Project).
Preferred Qualifications/Experience (Nice-to-Have):- Some understanding or experience in the Risk & Compliance industry.
- Familiarity with sophisticated marketing platforms such as Intent-Based Marketing solutions (e.g., Intentsify, Bombora, Lusha) or an understanding of how they work.
