Prepare, verify, encode, and regularly analyze journal entries in the general ledger.
Monitor accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly account closures.
Oversee accounts payable check activation and ensure smooth operations.
Monitor bank transactions and reconcile deposit and withdrawal slips.
Collate and review bank statements monthly for accuracy and compliance.
Analyze and forecast financial requirements to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare audit schedules for external auditors and provide necessary support.
Develop budgetary plans and assist in the safekeeping of internal expense reports.
Monitor account reconciliation, tax calculations, and cost accounting.
Report anomalies and suspicious transactions to maintain financial integrity.

Graduate of BS Business Commerce-Accounting or BS Accountancy.
At least 1-2 years of related work experience in retail companies or related industries.
Technology-savvy with proficiency in accounting software.
Strong oral and written communication skills to convey financial information effectively.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with a logical approach to tasks.
A team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
