· Analyze and evaluate existing production processes to identify areas for improvement.

· Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production costs.

· Design workflows, layouts, and processes to enhance productivity in poultry operations.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to evaluate operational performance.

· Conduct time and motion studies to establish standards and benchmarks.

· Assess production capacity and align resources to meet demand.

· Optimize labor, materials, and equipment utilization in poultry processing and farming operations

· Develop contingency plans to address operational challenges.

· Lead and manage process improvement projects from initiation to implementation.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

· Ensure all processes comply with industry regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.

· Collaborate with safety teams to implement ergonomic and safe work practices.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field

· Minimum 3 - 5years of experience in industrial engineering, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the poultry or food manufacturing industry.

· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

· Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software.

· Strong ability to analyze complex processes and develop effective solutions.

· Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
