Descrição:

  • Provide assistance to users with hardware and software issues.
  • Oversee network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Install and configure software applications and updates.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Maintain records of system configurations, procedures, and user manuals.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners


Requisito

  • Typically requires a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication ability
  • In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
  • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
