Role: Escalations Supervisor (NOC)

Work Arrangement: Work From Office 

Location: Ortigas 

Schedule: Night Shift  

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical resource for resolving account-related issues, working closely with Brand Managers.

• Facilitate discussions and propose alternative solutions for escalated cases, recurring issues, or high-impact problems with the NOC Group.

• Manage escalations from VIP accounts, ensuring prompt resolution and high-quality service delivery.

• Address and analyze escalated cases from the NOC Group, providing effective and thorough solutions.

• Lead technical implementation efforts for special projects and deployments, ensuring smooth integration into the production network.

Requirements:  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience in a technical support or network operations role, with a strong understanding of network infrastructure and troubleshooting methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders effectively.

• Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience handling escalations and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of SNMP, application logs, and Syslog analysis techniques is preferred.
