The IT Site Lead is responsible for managing all IT operations and infrastructure within the production plant. This role ensures seamless IT services and support for production, engineering, and administrative functions while aligning with corporate IT strategies.


The IT Site Lead acts as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues and initiatives at the site, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.


  • Manage the Production Site IT delivery and demand and act as the local SPOC for IT-related activities, working closely with Engineering and Production teams.
  • Interact with local business functions, understand, define, and report on SLAs, and act as the single point of contact for all IT demands.
  • Ensure smooth IT operations, including end-user support, regional IT systems and services, communications, and connectivity.
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, including networks, servers, and hardware, to support production and business needs.
  • Develop, implement, and refine IT processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and ensure maximum infrastructure availability.
  • Manage crisis situations involving complex technical hardware or software problems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Oversee lifecycle management of existing hardware, systems, and applications.
  • Monitor and manage site-specific IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with corporate IT and external vendors to deploy global IT projects and solutions.
  • Provide leadership and support to local IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.

职位要求

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.


Experience:

  • 8+ years of IT experience, focusing on infrastructure management, IT service delivery, IT operations, and user support.
  • 2+ years of project and migration experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record in managing IT projects and delivering results in a dynamic setting.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in ITIL, project management methodologies, and tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in IT operations (e.g., GxP, GDPR).


Certifications:

  • Preferred: ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications.


Language Skills:

  • English: Proficiency

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  •  Customer satisfaction of local business functions: 75% or higher.
  •  SLA compliance rate: 95% or higher.
  •  System uptime: 99.9%.
  •  Incident resolution time: Average resolution time < 4 hours.
  •  Budget adherence: 100% within budget.
  •  Stakeholder satisfaction score: 90% or higher.
  •  Late lifecycle maintenance: Below 20%.


Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, on-site role at the production plant.
  • May require occasional travel to other sites or corporate offices.
  • On-call availability to address critical incidents or emergencies.
