职位描述

  • Installs and tests products to make sure they work correctly
  • Follows installation and operation manuals
  • Respond to service requests and repairs products
  • Uses diagnostic tools to determine repair plans
  • Teaches customers how to use their products
  • Escalate issues to managers promptly
  • Knows how to use the necessary tools and equipment
  • Writes service reports after every appointment
  • Collaborates with Manager and other service
  • Follows all company policies and procedures
  • Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards

职位要求

  • An Associate degree or technical certificate in a relevant field is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • With valid driver's license is an advantage
  • Ability to use wide variety of tools
  • Ability to work well independently
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Willingness to work beyond normal work hours as dictated by scheduling needs
