Job Title: Accounting Staff
Purpose
Supports the accounting team in managing financial records and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Record accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and other transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and financial document files
- Assist with financial reports, budgets, and tax-related tasks
- Resolve billing/payment discrepancies and coordinate with departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Proficient in Excel; detail-oriented
- Good communication and organizational skills
