What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy secure smart contracts for production environments.
• Build scalable blockchain applications used by businesses and users worldwide.
• Lead the development of decentralized applications (dApps) from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with talented engineers, designers, and product leaders to create exceptional user experiences.
• Drive architecture decisions and establish engineering best practices.
• Optimize smart contracts for security, performance, and gas efficiency.
• Integrate blockchain networks, wallets, APIs, and third-party services.
• Mentor developers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
• Research emerging blockchain technologies and identify opportunities for innovation.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience.
• Strong expertise in Solidity and Ethereum-based smart contracts.
• Experience building Web3 applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, token standards, and decentralized systems.
• Experience with Web3 libraries such as ethers.js, viem, or wagmi.
• Strong knowledge of software design principles and scalable system architecture.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience building DeFi, NFT, RWA, or tokenization platforms.
• Knowledge of Layer 2 networks and cross-chain protocols.
• Experience with smart contract audits and blockchain security.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Open-source contributions or active involvement in the blockchain community.
