Lead troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and automation systems, ensuring safe and efficient plant operations.
Diagnose and service motor controls, PLCs, inverters, and related automation components, interpreting schematic diagrams and electrical plans accurately.
Plan, perform, and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and extend machine lifespan.
Act as a junior supervisor, guiding and mentoring technicians, delegating tasks, and monitoring work quality and safety compliance.
Support the installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment, as well as system upgrades and process improvement projects.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve equipment issues and recommend efficiency and safety improvements.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment history, troubleshooting logs, and repair reports in compliance with company standards.
Maintain detailed records of spare parts usage, equipment performance data, and preventive maintenance schedules using company systems (e.g., CMMS).
Ensure adherence to safety standards, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and regulatory compliance during all maintenance activities.
Assist in spare parts inventory management, ensuring availability of critical components for uninterrupted operations.
