The Business Analyst – Funnel & Growth Analytics supports the company’s revenue and user acquisition goals by delivering data-driven insights across the sales and marketing funnel. This role involves collecting, analyzing, visualizing, and reporting data that drives strategy and decision-making for the Growth and Partnerships team. SQL proficiency is required, with preference for candidates who can build self-serve dashboards and collaborate cross-functionally.

• Own end-to-end analysis of the funnel—from lead generation, qualification, booking, closing, to onboarding
• Monitor funnel health, drop-off points, conversion rates, CAC efficiency, and sales cycle times
• Perform ad hoc data deep dives and deliver regular performance reports to growth leaders and executives
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and customer success to align data insights with business strategies
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Google Data Studio, Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau
• Develop forecasting models and track performance against KPIs in partnership with leadership
• Provide insights on channel performance, campaign effectiveness, and sales team productivity
• Support CRM optimization and data hygiene initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (junior to mid-level)
• Strong SQL skills (writing complex queries, joining large datasets)
• Familiarity with marketing and sales metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, funnel conversion)
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools
• Ability to translate raw data into actionable business insights
• Strong communication skills for presenting data to non-technical stakeholders
• Highly analytical, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
